At Body Awareness, we believe it is important to address the entire person, increasing the awareness of the body as a whole. We realize the needs of one person may differ from another so we have created a variety of wellness programs to suite the needs of our clients. Services range from Pilates and Yoga to supervised exercise programs. By hand choosing the most experienced and caring staff to provide these programs to the community, Body Awareness is able to proudly promote health and wellness with longevity and functionality in mind.
