Body Awareness has licensed Physical Therapists that are Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certified Golf Fitness Instructors. This allows us to merge our extensive knowledge about the body with functional training to unlock your body's potential to improve your golf game.

The need for instruction should only be addressed by a golf pro you feel comfortable working with. Equipment fit should be evaluated only by a certified retailer with club fitting specialists. Functional Strength and Flexibility for golf will build a solid foundation that will unlock your potential.
Our TPI Certified Golf Fitness Instructors will assess your limitations by performing an 11-point movement screening as developed by TPI. We have developed an 8-visit program that will address your specific limitations of strength and flexibility to increase your functional mobility and strength for golf.

What Is Included In The Functional Strength And Flexibility Golf Program?
- 11-point movement screening as developed by Titleist Performance Institute
- Hands on soft tissue mobilization and stretching
- Strength and flexibility exercises developed specifically for you with progression of difficulty
- Home Exercise program handouts for maintenance
- Re-testing at session 8
How Often Do I Come In For A Session?
It is recommended that you spread your sessions out 2 times per week for 4 weeks in order to optimize carryover of soft tissue mobilization and movement re-education to take place.
Should I Take Golf Lessons During The Program?
We recommend that you compliment your program by taking a golf lesson between sessions 4-6 with a golf pro in order to integrate your increased range of motion and strength into your golf swing without falling back into old habits.
What Is The Cost of the Program?
The cost for Body Awareness Functional Strength and Flexibility Golf Program is $800.
